Our Story
GSG Therapy was founded in 2022 by Kendra Rutledge after recognizing a growing need for expanded pediatric therapy services throughout Southeast Tennessee.
Her vision was to create a place where families could access high-quality therapy services from a team that truly understands children and their families.
Today, GSG Therapy has grown into a multidisciplinary team of therapists providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy services across two locations.
Our team is dedicated to helping children develop skills, gain confidence, and experience success at home, at school, and in their communities.
