Kendra Rutledge, OTD, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist
GSGT Owner 

Kendra is an Occupational Therapist and founder of Get Set Grow Therapies, LLC.  Kendra graduated from Belmont University with a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2010 and also attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville for undergraduate studies. She has trained in the outpatient clinic setting, school setting and home setting.  Her vision has always been to create a space to provide specialized pediatric therapy services where families might otherwise have to travel to larger cities or other parts of the country to receive care.  Kendra has received training in DMI therapy Level A and B, Therasuit and Universal Exercise Unit, Sensory Integration, Beckman Oral Motor Feeding Protocol, SOS Feeding Strategies, Handwriting Without Tears, Aquatic Therapy Techniques, NDT for Infants and years of mentorship and study of childhood development.  She is passionate about helping families obtain services and meet goals to help children in their natural environments.  Kendra and her husband have four children and enjoy spending time outdoors!

Lenna Aird, COTA/L

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

I am a native of Jackson, Tennessee and have been in East TN for 29 years. I graduated from Roane State Community College in 2004 with an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy. I fell in love with pediatrics during my fieldwork and have worked as a COTA/L in pediatrics ever since. I enjoy working with all ages but I LOVE working with birth to 3 years.
I have 3 beautiful grandchildren and my hobbies include bass fishing, cookie decorating and riding our Harley-Davidson–we are on a mission to ride in all of the lower 48 states, 25 down, 23 to go.

Rebekah Aranda, OTD, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

I graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation in 2019 and then completed my doctorate in Occupational Therapy at The University of Tennessee – Chattanooga in 2023. I have worked in pediatrics in many different settings with many different roles and am thankful I now get to be a pediatric OT! In the world of pediatrics, every day is a chance to learn, grow, and adapt. I am so excited to be working with the families at GSG! In my free time, I love to play pickleball, spikeball, go camping, hiking, and do anything outdoors with my husband!

Anna Vail Chancey, MSOT, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Anna Vail is an Alabama native and graduate of Alabama State University’s Occupational Therapy program, Class of 2021. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from Auburn University. Anna Vail has a passion for connecting with children in fun and creative ways while helping them obtain their goals so they can live their life to the fullest! When she is not at the clinic, Anna Vail enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and playing with her pets.

Abigail Coco-Glover, OTD, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

          I graduated in December of 2019 from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Then I moved to Chattanooga with my husband for graduate school, and I graduated in May of 2023 with my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. I truly fell in love with pediatrics during my Level II Fieldwork in Arkansas and knew this was where I wanted to start my career. I find so much joy in learning and growing with the kids I work with and seeing the progress they make throughout some of their most important years. I also love having the opportunity to work with families and provide them the tools to use for success in the home and community.
        In my free time, I love spending time with my husband going to church, exercising, trying new restaurants & coffee shops in Chattanooga, and going on walks with our two rescue dogs!

Jocelyn Freyman, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Jocelyn is a graduate of Cleveland State University’s Occupational Therapy program, Class of 2013. She has experience providing occupational therapy services in the pediatric outpatient and school-based settings. Jocelyn has a passion for the pediatric population and believes that children learn best through play! She loves adding creativity and using play in her therapy sessions. When she is not in the clinic, Jocelyn enjoys reading and spending time in nature with her husband, their two children, and goldendoodle.

Laura Davis, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

I have been a PTA since 2010 and after having children of my own realized I wanted to pursue pediatrics. I love working with children and helping them learn skills that will make a significant impact on their lives.

I graduated from South College in Knoxville, TN in 2010. I have lived in Cleveland, TN my whole life and have been married for 7 years and have two boys who are 2 years old and 5 years old. For fun, we like playing outside and visiting family and friends and taking beach trips when we are able.

Olivia Chapman, DPT

Physical Therapist

Olivia Chapman, a Cleveland native, has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2010. She graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University. Olivia received her Level A and B DMI certification in 2022.  Olivia is married and has three young boys that definitely keep her on her toes! She enjoys hiking, reading, and baking in her free time.

Neha Mehta, MPT

Physical Therapist

Neha is a Physical Therapist and joined our team in 2022!  Neha received her training from Maharasthra University of Health Science and the University of Pittsburgh.  Neha has practiced physical therapy with pediatrics  for several years in different areas including New York and India. Neha has worked  in the outpatient, inpatient and home care setting.  She recently obtained TASES continuing education as well as DMI Level A.  Neha and her husband reside in Chattanooga, TN.

Hallel Goza, MS, CFY-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow

Hal Goza received her Bachelors of science from Lee University in 2020 and a Masters of Science in speech-language pathology in 2023. She always knew she wanted to work with pediatrics even before she dreamed of becoming an SLP. Hal’s experience in peds includes AAC, language disorders/delays, fluency, speech sound disorders, and hearing loss. She is always eager to learn in order to provide treatment and evaluations informed by research. She is motivated by her belief that every human being has an inherent right to communicate and is worthy of being listened to. Collaborating as a staff to meet children’s and families’ needs is her favorite part of working at GSG Therapies. Hal is the happy wife of Nathan Goza, living in Chattanooga with their two Aussie shepherds, Rue and Mando. With at least twenty houseplants, Hal loves to cultivate growth and community whether it be through her family, clients, baking sourdough bread, or buildingcharcuterie boards; Hal has too many hobbies to keep up with!

Catherine Herndon, MS  CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Catherine graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a bachelors degree in Communication Disorders in 2015. She received her masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2017. Catherine began her career working at a pediatric clinic in Germantown, TN serving the surrounding Memphis area in the clinic and private school settings. She then moved to Nashville, TN, in which she served children in the Metro Nashville Public Schools. Catherine is passionate about helping children communicate effectively and providing parent education to generalize carryover outside of the clinic. Catherine, originally from Cleveland, has recently returned to the area with her husband and dog. They enjoy spending time with friends, family, traveling, Vols football games, and exploring all this
beautiful area has to offer!

Andrea M. Hills  MS, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

                 Andrea graduated from Illinois State University in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Speech/Language Pathology in 1981 and a Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology in 1983.  Her experience includes working with both children and adults with speech and language disorders, feeding and swallowing disorders, voice disorders, stuttering and cognitive disorders.  She has worked with patients diagnosed with Autism, cancer, birth injury, traumatic brain injury and stroke.  Andrea has provided services in hospitals, outpatient clinics and home health.  She was the owner/operator of a pediatric private practice in Illinois and also served as a Director of Rehabilitation Services at a hospital.  She is a certified member of ASHA, The American Speech/Language Hearing Association. 
              Andrea lives in Chattonooga with her husband.  She has three grown children and one grandchild.  She enjoys swimming, weight lifting, gardening, and spending time with her family, friends, and sweet mini golden doodle.

Mary Cooke Jones, MA, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Mary moved to Cleveland in 2022 after working as a speech/language pathologist at Taipei American School in Taiwan for 18 years. Her prior experience includes working with both adults and children with speech/language disorders, cognitive disorders, voice disorders, stuttering, and deficits in swallowing function. Mary has provided services in pediatric clinics, in the school setting, and in acute care and assisted living adult facilities. She has completed training in the Lindamood LIPS program, the Seeing Stars program, the Visualizing and Verbalizing program, and the Brain Frames program. She earned a masters degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida, and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Mary has been with Get Set Grow Therapies since May of 2023, and she loves working with children of all ages to improve their speech and language skills. Teaching literacy skills – reading and writing – for school-aged children is one of her specialties, as well as helping them to develop cognitive organization, to improve their memory skills, and to master academic vocabulary. Mary has two daughters, three granddaughters, two grandsons, and two dachshunds. She enjoys traveling, gardening, quilting, and watching British mysteries and Korean dramas.

Emily Ann Nuttall, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Emily Ann is an Alabama native and a graduate of Faulkner University where she received her Bachelors in English and Masters in Speech and Language Pathology. She has a passion for helping children gain confidence when finding their voice and making therapy sessions a fun, bright, and happy part of the student’s week. She loves speech sound disorders and early language development. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing pickle ball, cooking, and (attempting) to play golf with her husband..


Brooklyn Puckett

Rehabilitation Technician

I was born and raised in Cleveland, TN, where I grew up playing basketball and running cross country. I am a graduate of Cleveland High School and Alternative Visions Hair Academy, but my passion for children also led me to take Early Childhood Education and Literacy classes while providing childcare for multiple local families over the last several years. I love bonfires and camping, singing, studying the bible, and spending time with my best friend who recently became my husband.

Alice Shaver

Rehabiliation Technician

I am currently in OT school at Tennessee Wesleyan University! I have always had a special place in my heart for children.. but it grew a little bigger when I met the most amazing kindergartener with CP eight years ago! I have watched him grow and overcome so much and still have the most determined and joyful heart. He will always be my “Why OT?”. I’ve been told to keep an open mind when choosing a specialty in school, but I’m positive peds has already won me over. When I am not in class, studying, or working, I enjoy anything crafty and creative. I also love to spend time with my family, friends, and sweet pup Winnie.

I am a 2023 graduate of Cleveland High School and a current student at Cleveland State Community College.   I am certified in EKG operation, and have done countless medical programs in high school.  I like to listen to music and watch tv for fun!

After being retired for only two months, I found myself getting bored and decided I wanted to get back in the workforce part-time. I am very blessed and fortunate I was able to join the staff here at Get Set Grow Therapies. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and going to concerts and Nashville Predators hockey games.

Alexis Kyle

I recently obtained a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Health Science from Bryan College. During my college career, I ran Cross Country and Track. I specialize in health and fitness and my passion for childcare development led me to a career in pediatrics. I have always been fascinated with the field of Occupational Therapy and was so excited to get the opportunity to work with Kendra and form relationships in this field.

I moved to Chattanooga 2 years ago from Coalfield TN, and absolutely love it here! I have been in the customer service field for over 10 years and it’s always been my passion to help others.
